The Marldon Rapid DPM MXS140 offers a solvent-free, accelerated two-part epoxy-based solution for managing moisture issues on concrete and sand-and-cement-based subfloors. This product has been specially formulated to effectively suppress residual moisture. It is fully compatible with underfloor heating (UFH) systems and provides a reliable surface damp-proof membrane, capable of accommodating moisture levels of up to 97% relative humidity with just a single application.
It's important to note that we do not recommend using this product over anhydrite or calcium sulphate-based screeds when UFH systems are integrated into the screed. However, thanks to its rapid drying properties, you can proceed to install floor coverings or compatible Marldon smoothing compounds in as little as 3 hours after applying MXS140. This product is designed to work seamlessly with all other Marldon subfloor preparation products, including the MXA 200 wood floor adhesive.
