Marldon MXC710 Clean Care (Concentrate)

Marldon Clean Care Concentrate MXC710 is specially formulated for the regular cleaning of oiled and waxed wood floors, along with other washable wooden surfaces. Clean Care features a water additive infused with natural vegetable soaps and wash-active substances derived from nature. Its unique blend ensures effortless, efficient, and gentle cleaning of wood floors, leaving behind a non-streaky, durable finish. This non-foaming, cost-effective solution is suitable for use in automatic cleaning machines.

Preparation:

Begin by sweeping the floor surface with a soft broom or a dry microfiber mop to eliminate loose particles and dirt. Before use, ensure to shake the bottle well.

Application:

Marldon Clean Care is a concentrated solution, and the recommended dilution is two caps of Clean Care added to approximately 5 litres of clean water. Mix the solution in a separate container and apply it with a well-wrung mop, microfiber mop, or clean cloth. If the floor becomes overly saturated, wipe away any excess with a clean, dry cloth. The anti-foaming properties of Marldon Clean Care Concentrate make it suitable for use with mechanical cleaning equipment, such as a slow-speed buffing machine with a red nylon pad, especially on heavily soiled floors. Use approximately once a week or as needed based on the floor's foot traffic and environmental conditions.

Over time, wooden floors may lose their lustre, indicating the ineffectiveness of regular cleaning products. In such cases, a stronger periodic maintenance product is recommended to revive the floor's appearance. For oiled and waxed surfaces, Marldon Liquid Wax Care is the suggested choice, while Marldon Refresher is recommended for lacquered surfaces.
