How long will my delivery take?

Our standard, mainland UK delivery is next working day when the order is placed before 3pm. For example, if you order on a Monday before 3pm, your order will be delivered between 8am - 6pm on Tuesday. If you order on a Friday before 3pm, your order will be delivered between 8am - 6pm on Monday. Offshore delivery times may vary - see our delivery and returns page for more info.

Can I track my order?

Depending on which courier your order is being delivered with, you may receive an email with a link to track your order. If your order is being delivered on our own van or is a pallet delivery with McMurrays, unfortunately you will be unable to track it.

Once I’ve placed my order, can I change the delivery address?

Because we dispatch our orders the same day (if placed before 3pm), it’s unlikely we’ll be able to change the delivery address once it has been booked with the courier but we will always try - we’d always recommend giving us a call if you urgently need to change the delivery address.

What if I can’t be there when my delivery arrives?

Depending on the courier and items being delivered, they may be able to leave your delivery in a safe location. If you know you’re not going to be in when you’re placing the order, let us know and we’ll leave an instruction for the courier. We’d always recommend leaving a signed note on the door on the day of your delivery too.

Can I order for delivery outside of the UK?

We only accept UK orders on the website but if you need something delivering outside of the UK, give us a call on 01772 696600 or email info@havwoodsaccessories.com to see how we can help.

I’m missing some items from my delivery, what should I do?

On the rare occasion a courier sends out your delivery in two parcels, they may end up on separate vans. The courier has up to 6pm to deliver your order on a standard next day service so if you’re able to wait, the remaining items are likely to be delivered the same day. If you need to find out more information, give us a call and we will chase up with the couriers for you and arrange a replacement order if required.
