The product I need is out of stock, how will I know when it is back in?

If the product is showing as ‘out of stock’ on the website, it will give you an option to get a notification when your required amount is booked back into stock. This way, you can be one of the first to get your hands on the new stock.

How do I get the best price on an order?

Many of our products have a quantity discount structure - the more you buy, the less you pay. These are visible on the product page and show how much you will pay for each quantity break e.g. 10+ , 24+ etc.

I want to order a product that says £POA and doesn’t give me an option to add to my basket. How can I order it?

This is because the product is hazardous and so will incur an additional carriage charge that we will have to quote for. We can easily pull a quote together for you if you contact us with the item, quantity and delivery address.

I have an item I need to return, how do I go about it?
