Sikabond 52 Wood Floor 600ml

SikaBond®-52 Wood Floor is a high-performance, fast-curing elastic adhesive designed for professional wood flooring applications. It is an excellent choice for securely bonding wood floors using the liquid batten/beaded method. This versatile adhesive is compatible with a range of wood floor types, including solid, engineered, parquet, and chipboard.

USES:

For Full Surface Bonding:

Suitable for bonding solid and engineered wood floors (strips, longstrips, planks, panels, boards), mosaic parquet, industrial parquet, lam parquet, residential wood paving, as well as chipboard, plywood, and OSB.

For the Sika® AcouBond®-System:

Applicable for bonding solid wood boards (tongued and grooved), 3-ply engineered wood, chipboard, plywood, and herringbone blocks. For detailed application instructions, please refer to the Product Data Sheet of the Sika® AcouBond®-System or contact our Technical Department.

For Beaded Application:

Suitable for bonding solid wood boards, 3-ply engineered wood, and chipboard.

CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES:

• Rapid curing, allowing floor sanding after 12 hours (under full surface bonding conditions, at +23°C / 50% relative humidity, with adhesive thickness up to 1 mm).
