I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password it’s no problem. Simply, click ‘sign in’, enter your email address and click ‘next’. You will then be prompted to enter your password but below the password box is a button that says ‘forgot password’. Click this button and you will be able to request a  password reset link.

How can I see my previous orders?

If you have created an account on our website you can access all of your previous orders, making it easier to reorder the products you’ve had before. Simply head to your account and click ‘orders’ in the left hand pane. You will see a table of all of your recent orders and if you click on the order number, you can see the breakdown.

Can I open a credit account?

To request a credit account, please email account@havwoodsaccessories.com and ask for a credit application form. Before setting up a credit account we require 3 order payments upfront. Once the form has been returned and approved and we have received payment for 3 orders, we will set up your credit account which can be used online and over the phone.

Can I change my account details?

If you have a cash account with us, any details you change within the ‘my account’ section of our website will also be changed on our system. If you have a credit account, we may need to change them for you so please give us a call.
