Marldon MXS110 is a single component high strength, fast drying underlayment smoothing compound for preparation of concrete screeds prior to the application of floor coverings.
Ideal for use in offices, hospitals, schools, airports and many other high traffic public areas, its high strength is ideally suited for use in areas of excess point loading.
MXS110 smoothing compound has a fast setting and curing time, is pump applicable, has great resistance to impact and abrasion and is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
