Connected to the dedicated Wagner Floor Sentry app, all data is seamlessly presented and stored for easy access. Push alerts are sent via Bluetooth to your smart device if readings fall outside user-defined parameters, ensuring timely intervention to prevent significant damage such as cupping, splitting, or crowning.
Compact and discreet, the Wagner Floor Sentry, about the size of a credit card, features sensors on both sides, making it ideal for embedding beneath a hardwood floor plank.
Installation:
- Select the wood floor plank for embedding the Floor Sentry, considering multiple devices for large areas or multiple wood floor installations. Consult the user manual for optimal placement suggestions.
- Use the provided installation template card to outline the correct size and depth for the Floor Sentry cavity. Refer to the manual for precise instructions.
- Use a router or similar tool to create the cavity in the underside of the wood floor plank.
- Remove the release paper from the butyl seal on the Floor Sentry and securely bond it inside the cavity. Continue with flooring installation as planned.
- Download the free Wagner Sentry app for Android or iOS and connect with your Floor Sentry devices.
Access the app anytime to adjust recording intervals, set alarm thresholds, and monitor RH and temperature readings from your embedded Floor Sentry devices.
